Quality Inspection and Shipment

Before shipment, foam filled fenders can be checked for appearance, dimensions, SPUA coating surface, end fittings, rope net or chain-tire net assembly, and packing condition. For project orders, compression performance testing can also be arranged to help confirm reaction force and energy absorption data under specified test conditions.

Finished foam filled fenders are packed according to size, shape, coating surface, and shipment requirements. Small fenders, rope net fenders, hanging types, large fenders, and custom foam buoys can be arranged with suitable protection for export delivery.
