The order consisted of one set of arch fenders and one set of customised bollards, complete with the required installation bolts and anchors. Technical Consultation and Customisation
Before production, we engaged in detailed technical discussions with the client. Based on the reference photos provided by the customer, our engineering team identified the most suitable arch fender model and bollard design.
To ensure a perfect fit, we customised the bolt hole dimensions of the bollard and specified the anchor type according to the client’s installation requirements. This level of customisation guaranteed that the supplied equipment would integrate seamlessly into their existing infrastructure.
Production and Quality Assurance
Once the order was confirmed, our production team completed manufacturing within 15 days. All products underwent strict quality inspections to verify compliance with the client’s requirements.
We also issued the Factory Certificate (COC) to provide full traceability and assurance of product quality.
Packaging and Shipment
To ensure safe transport, all products were securely packaged and prepared for LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight. The shipment was arranged to the client’s designated port, with careful attention to logistics scheduling.
